DESCRIPTION

Slings Essentials is an in-depth course designed for movement professionals, bodyworkers, physical therapists, and practitioners from various psychosomatic fields. It aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of fascia in motion. Central to the course are 12 distinct properties of the fascial system, their roles in maintaining body mind integrity, and methods for consciously training them through a multidimensional movement practice.

A dynamic blend of master classes, interactive lectures, demonstrations, and short practices facilitates intellectual comprehension, experiencing, and embodiment alike.

Slings Essentials not only provides the 'story' but also answers the 'why' of a holistic fascia-focussed movement practice. Understanding the featured fascial movement qualities, training techniques, and training aims illuminates the reasons behind exercise selection and execution, variations, breathing patterns, and the use of props, making them clear and modifiable.
